Each and every Consignment received from the Approved Supplier, our QC Departments checks thoroughly in all the respects as per the specifications laid down by us or based on ISI Specifications and the findings are recorded in a proper format.

Many a times, we send the material to an approved Testing Laboratory to have an independent Report.

The company has supervisor at every level, to check each and every parameter of the production on hourly basis. Only specification confirming material is send for the next process and the finding are recorded. Any deviation found in process material, than such material is transferred to separate location for Manager to take the final action.

We have a system of marking each and every Box, which can easily identify date, shift and supervisor incharge at the time of a particular production.

The Company has practice to do final inspection of the material as per IS Sampling Plan. Only approved material will be dispatch to the customer along with Report. Overall quality control is serve and we do guarantee our products against defects.
